Based in Apple Valley, Minnesota, I photograph high school seniors throughout the south metro and Twin Cities area. I work with seniors from Apple Valley, Lakeville, Rosemount, Eagan, Burnsville, Farmington, Prior Lake, Savage, and surrounding communities.
I love helping each senior choose locations that fit their personality and the look they want for their portraits. Whether you have a favorite local spot in mind or need help finding the perfect setting, we’ll plan a session that feels personal and intentional
YOUR SENIOR SESSION PLAN ✨
1. Let’s make it YOUR vibe! We’ll pick a spot that matches your style—cool city walls, golden fields, sports fields, or your favorite local hangout. Love a certain color, season, or hobby? We’ll work it in!
2. Outfit inspo: I’ll help you plan looks that pop on camera. Bring 1–2 outfits (one cute, one comfy) so you’ve got variety in your final photos.
3. All the deets: A few days before, I’ll send you a “What to Expect” message with the address, time, and quick tips so you’re totally ready.
4. Weather backup: If it’s raining or super cold, we’ll move to another day. No one wants soggy senior pics!
5. Shoot day = good vibes only! I’ll coach you through poses, but we’ll keep it chill and fun. You might even forget the camera’s there.
6. You choose the faves: After the shoot, you get to pick the images you love most.
7. Gallery drop: Your edited photos will be ready in a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks—perfect for sharing, printing, or posting!

What should I wear for my senior pictures?
Wear outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. Bring 2–3 looks that show your personality, such as one casual outfit and one a little more dressed up. Solid colors, soft tones, and simple textures photograph beautifully, while large logos and busy patterns can be distracting. I’m always happy to help you choose!
Can I bring my parents or friends?
Absolutely! Parents are always welcome to come along, and they can be helpful for carrying outfits, fixing small details, and cheering you on. You’re also welcome to bring a friend if it helps you feel more comfortable. If you’d like photos with your family, you can add a mini family session to your senior photo experience for a few meaningful images together.
When should I schedule my senior session?
I recommend scheduling your senior session during the summer before or early in your senior year, especially if you need photos for a yearbook deadline. Summer and early fall offer beautiful light and plenty of outdoor location options, but these dates—particularly weekends and golden-hour sessions—book quickly, so reserving your spot a few months ahead is best.
Can I use my senior portraits for my yearbook?
Absolutely. I’ll provide you with professionally edited images that you can use according to your school’s yearbook requirements.
Because each school has its own specifications and deadlines, be sure to check with your school for the exact requirements.
My yearbook deadline is coming up. Is it too late to book?
Not necessarily! Reach out with your school’s deadline and I’ll let you know what dates and image delivery options are available.
How long does it take to receive my images?
Your professionally edited senior gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session.
Need your images sooner for an upcoming yearbook deadline? Rush gallery delivery is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Just let me know your deadline when you inquire, and I’ll let you know what rush options are available.
